      RCERP型逆向循环生态净化塘技术

      RCERP(Reverse Circulation Ecological Reaction Pool)型逆向循环生态净化塘是将处理水进行逆向循环与培育净化性能优良的沉水植物净化水质相结合的系统工艺。利用植物自身的光合作用和化感作用完成生态修复,其特点为 1. 投资省,因地制宜,无需雨污分流;2. 无需清淤,污水资源化,淤泥成为植物的营养供给者;3. 无需截流,适用于开放性水体,可处理 COD 在 200 以内的水体及暴雨时前十分钟水体,被破坏的生态体系待稳定后可自行恢复。


      该技术不投加任何化学药剂,出水水质可达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ 类标准。


      RCERP (Reverse Circulation Ecological Reaction Pool) type reverse circulation ecological purification pond is a system process that combines the reverse circulation of treated water with the cultivation of submerged plants with excellent purification performance to purify water quality. It uses the photosynthesis and allelopathy of plants to complete ecological restoration, with the following characteristics:


      1. Low investment, adapting to local conditions, and no need for rain-sewage separation;

      2. No need for dredging, realizing sewage resource utilization, with sludge serving as a nutrient supplier for plants;

      3. No need for interception, suitable for open water bodies, capable of treating water bodies with COD within 200 and water bodies in the first ten minutes of rainstorms. The damaged ecological system can recover by itself after stabilization.


      This technology does not add any chemical agents, and the effluent water quality can meet Class Ⅲ standards of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838-2002).

        JBR型综合生物膜反应池技术
        新型 JBR(Jet Biology Reaction)型综合生物膜反应池,是一种集好氧、缺氧、厌氧、反应及沉淀于一体,交替进行曝气、搅拌,连续进出水、周期性循环的一体化新型综合生物膜反应处理设备。2016 年 6 月 15 日完成通水、调试、投产运行,处理水达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级 A 类标准,并于 2016 年 7 月 15 日通过海南省科学技术厅验收。现在已成功推广应用于海南省 30 多个村镇污水治理工程中。

        The new JBR (Jet Biology Reaction) integrated biofilm reaction tank is a novel integrated biofilm reaction treatment equipment that combines aerobic, anoxic, anaerobic, reaction, and sedimentation processes. It alternates aeration and stirring, operates with continuous water inlet/outlet and periodic circulation. The equipment completed water filling, debugging, and commissioning on June 15, 2016, with treated water meeting the Grade A standard of the national Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002). It passed the acceptance inspection by the Hainan Provincial Department of Science and Technology on July 15, 2016. So far, it has been successfully promoted and applied in more than 30 village and town sewage treatment projects in Hainan Province.

          The Gongxiao East Road (Changsheng Road to Zhongxing Road Section) project is an urban branch road starting from Changsheng Road and ending at Zhongxing Road. The road is 380 meters long, with two-way two lanes, a red line width of 20 meters, a design speed of 20 km/h, and a cement concrete pavement.

            The Dongfeng Road East Extension Project is an urban branch road starting from Changsheng Road and ending at the south side of the military compound. The road is 1,080 meters long, with two-way four lanes, a red line width of 50 meters, a design speed of 40 km/h, and a cement concrete pavement.

                  合作设计项目,红沙污水处理厂设计规模为8万吨/日,中水回用2万吨/日。出水水质达到国家GB18918-2002一级A标准,将6万吨/日的净化出水排海,2万吨/日的净化出水送入三亚市城市绿化回用水管网回用。

                  Cooperative design project. The Hongsha Sewage Treatment Plant has a designed treatment capacity of 80,000 tons per day, with 20,000 tons per day of reclaimed water reuse. The effluent quality meets the national Grade A standard of GB18918-2002. Among them, 60,000 tons per day of purified effluent is discharged into the sea, and 20,000 tons per day of purified effluent is sent to Sanya's urban greening reclaimed water pipeline network for reuse.

                    合作设计项目,牙叉水厂设计供水规模为 2 万吨 / 日,已建规模 1 万吨 / 日,在建规模 1 万吨 / 日。白沙牙叉水厂以南溪河为水源,采用岸边式固定泵站,厂区采用絮凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒、送水泵房,常规净化工艺。

                    Cooperative design project. The designed water supply capacity of Yacha Water Plant is 20,000 tons per day, with a completed scale of 10,000 tons per day and an under-construction scale of 10,000 tons per day. Taking the Nanxi River as the water source, Yacha Water Plant in Baisha uses a fixed riverside pumping station. The plant area adopts conventional purification processes including flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, and a water delivery pumping station.

                      设计规模一期2.5万吨/日,二期5万吨/日,本工程主要供水范围包括:屯城镇、西昌镇、坡心镇、晨星农场部分连队、中建农场部分连队、雨水岭生态公园等三个镇区及两个农场。2020年总人口167573人,其中屯昌县城118003人,农村人口为49570人。

                      The design scale is 25,000 tons per day for the first phase and 50,000 tons per day for the second phase. The main water supply scope of this project includes: Tunchang Town, Xichang Town, Poxin Town, some companies of Chenxing Farm, some companies of Zhongjian Farm, Yushuiling Ecological Park, etc., covering three town areas and two farms. In 2020, the total population was 167,573, among which the population of Tunchang County seat was 118,003 and the rural population was 49,573.

                        海南省屯昌县雷公滩农村饮水安全工程,位于雷公滩水库北侧,厂区地面标高 229.00 米,供水规模 2.5 万吨 / 天,采用传统工艺,经反应沉淀池、虹吸滤池、清水池,全重力流供水。供水范围包括三个镇和木色湖旅游开发区供水(枫木镇、南吕镇和乌坡镇)和 25 个行政村及南吕农场,共计 47890 人,其中饮水不安全人口 19292 人,占总人口 40.3%。

                        Leigongtan Rural Drinking Water Safety Project in Tunchang County, Hainan Province is located on the north side of Leigongtan Reservoir. The ground elevation of the plant area is 229.00 meters, with a water supply scale of 25,000 tons per day. It adopts traditional processes, including reaction sedimentation tanks, siphon filters, and clear water tanks, with full gravity flow water supply. The water supply scope covers three towns and the Muse Lake Tourism Development Zone (Fengmu Town, Nanlü Town, and Wupo Town), 25 administrative villages, and Nanlü Farm, serving a total of 47,890 people. Among them, 19,292 people have unsafe drinking water, accounting for 40.3% of the total population.

                          海南省屯昌县枫木镇污水处理工程,位于屯昌县枫木镇,近期规模 3000 吨 / 天,远期规模 8000 吨 /d,采用综合生物反应池处理,出水达到一级 B 标准,排放至青梯溪。污水收集范围包括枫木镇区、中建农场南吕分场及木色湖风景区的部分片区。近期服务面积为 1.80km²,远期服务面积为 4.96km²。2020 年服务人口 17500 人,2030 年服务人口 37900 人。

                          The sewage treatment project in Fengmu Town, Tunchang County, Hainan Province is located in Fengmu Town, Tunchang County. The short-term scale is 3,000 tons/day, and the long-term scale is 8,000 tons/day. It adopts a comprehensive biological reaction tank for treatment, and the effluent meets the first-class B standard before being discharged into Qingti Creek. The sewage collection scope includes parts of Fengmu Town area, Nanlü Branch of Zhongjian Farm, and Muse Lake Scenic Area. The short-term service area is 1.80 km², and the long-term service area is 4.96 km². The project serves 17,500 people in 2020 and is expected to serve 37,900 people by 2030.

                            新州水厂
                            自主设计项目,新州水厂位于儋州市新州镇,为海南省 2012 年农村饮水安全重点工程,设计供水规模为 8000m³/d。该工程的实施解决了该地区用水难的问题,是海南省农村供水中第一个实现自动控制的水厂。

                            Independent design project. Xinzhou Water Plant is located in Xinzhou Town, Danzhou City. As a key project for rural drinking water safety in Hainan Province in 2012, it has a designed water supply capacity of 8,000 m³/day. The implementation of this project has solved the problem of water shortage in the area, and it is the first water plant in rural water supply in Hainan Province to achieve automatic control.
